We will confirm the product specifications (thickness/density/environmental protection level) and appearance requirements (subject to the retained samples) with the customer, and schedule the production plan based on the arrival of raw materials to ensure that the product is completely consistent with the sample.

To ensure production quality, we strictly implement the raw material procurement process: we sign special procurement contracts for MDF/particleboard and melamine paper with high-quality suppliers, clarify technical parameters, quantity and delivery deadline, and track the logistics progress throughout the process to ensure that all kinds of raw materials are delivered to the factory on time and in good quality.

Raw material entry inspection for boards, we will conduct regular sampling inspections. For melamine paper, we will sample a few sheets for trial pasting before mass production. After pasting, we will compare it with the original sample at multiple angles under indoor lighting and outdoor sunlight. After confirmation, we will start production.

Raw materials are stored at designated locations, and samples are first produced and press parameters are adjusted before production is started after strict comparison. A full inspection plus random inspection system (more than 4 times per shift) is implemented to ensure that each melamine board meets the quality standards.

We adopt export-grade packaging standards: scientifically plan the packing plan, implement final sampling inspection during the packaging process (qualified rate ≥ 99%), and strictly produce transportation labels according to customer requirements to ensure safe delivery of products.

Assist in booking and handling phytosanitary certificates, arrange for 40HQ container factory loading (take photos/weighing records throughout the process), and simultaneously prepare customs declaration and clearance documents to ensure smooth shipment of Melamine boards.
